Behind it is a hard-core process system that integrates structural design, material science and precision manufacturing.
1.Structural sealing
One of the core designs of the three-proof reinforced tablet is to establish a solid physical barrier on all potential water seepage paths.
- Multi-layer sealing ring: Silicone or rubber sealing rings are embedded in the joints of the screen, buttons, etc. to form a physical isolation layer to block the penetration of water molecules.
- Integrated molded shell: The non-spliced shell design eliminates the hidden dangers of water seepage at traditional screw holes or joints.

- Pressure test: Soak in a water depth of 1-3 meters for 30 minutes to several hours to verify the compliance of IP67/IP68 standards. IP67 is usually 1 meter deep, and IP68 is specified by the manufacturer, usually deeper, such as 1.5 meters, 2 meters or more.
- Air tightness test: Use a professional air tightness tester to apply a certain pressure of clean air or nitrogen to the internal cavity of the device, and then accurately monitor the rate of decrease (leakage rate) of the internal air pressure over a period of time to ensure that there is no dead angle in the seal.
